Delete Your OnStorio Account
OnStorio users can request permanent deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time.
How to request account deletion
Send an email to support@onstorio.com from the email address associated with your OnStorio account.
Use Delete My Account as the subject of the email.
After your request is verified, your OnStorio account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted.
Data that will be deleted
Account information and personal data associated with your OnStorio account will be deleted, including profile information and other account-associated data, subject to applicable legal requirements.
Data that may be retained
Certain information may be retained when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or regulatory purposes. Any such information will be retained only for the period required for those purposes.
Delete your account from the OnStorio app
If you can access your OnStorio account, you may also use the Delete Account option available within the application.
