BASED ON AN AUTHENTIC HADITH
BUILD A HOUSE IN PARADISE FOR $10

Based on an authentic hadith of Muhammad (peace be upon him) and through mathematical calculation, we have come to the conclusion that for $10 you can build a house in the gardens of Paradise. In the well-known hadith it is stated:
من بنى لله مسجدًا كمفحص قطاة بنى الله له بيتًا في الجنة
“Whoever builds a mosque for the sake of Allah, even as small as a sandgrouse’s nest, Allah will build for him a house in Paradise.”
— Narrated by Ibn Majah, Ahmad, Ibn Hibban, and others
A sandgrouse’s nest is approximately 2 feet, or about 60 cm. The EZAN congregation purchased land for a mosque measuring five acres, and for easier and clearer presentation, the land has been divided online into five acres.
One acre contains 43,560 square feet. The purchase price per square foot is about $5. Since the sandgrouse’s nest is about two square feet in size, one brick (cube) that you can buy/donate corresponds to that value.
By purchasing one cube, you become the waqif (donor) of two square feet, which matches the size of a sandgrouse’s nest. This is why, when you open any acre for purchase, you will see four parcels — east, west, north, and south — each filled with 5,445 cubes, making a total of 21,780 cubes per acre.
If we take into account that each cube represents two square feet, we arrive at 43,560 square feet, which equals one acre. It makes no difference in which acre or parcel you choose to purchase your house in Paradise. Currently, only the first acre is active.
By purchasing all the cubes within one acre, that acre would be fully paid off.
In order to give everyone the opportunity to build themselves a palace in Paradise, let’s aim for one cube per person, but we are also free to donate on behalf of our family members, the deceased, and others for whom we wish to perform a good deed.
We ask Allah, the Almighty, to accept this collective effort of establishing a waqf!
